Get Fit Feb

 I wanted to share with you my fitness and workout plan for the month of February. 

I have created my very own Calendar to show you my February Fitness Routine. It tends to change most of the time, but this is what I base my workouts off of! I love working out but constant changing and being unorganized makes it very hard to want to workout for me. So to help me stay focused and know exactly what I'm doing makes it so its apart of my everyday schedule. 

Some tips:

*Never be too hard on yourself

*If something hurts, don't do it!

*Drinks LOTS of water

This upcoming Monday (the 26th) I will be starting Alexa Jean Fitness "30 - Day Butt & Abs Challenge". I've seen so many amazing results, so I just have to try it out myself! If the results and success stories are true and I come out with the same results, I will definitely be recommending it!
